Award-winning marketing agency Shadow Giants (now One Black Bear), working on behalf of the NHS.
Shadow Giants commissioned Green Gorilla to create a series of social media promotional films for the NHS, as part of their #comebacktonursing campaign.
We produced a handful of honest, frank interviews with healthcare professionals who had returned to the NHS, using their own words to tell the story of how they came back to nursing.
Shooting fly-on-the-wall as they went about their day at home and at work, we set out to give viewers real insight into their lives — so they would recognise something of their own situation and feel encouraged to get back in touch with the NHS.
A series of social media promotional films, used across multiple platforms. The #comebacktonursing campaign went on to win awards within the marketing industry.
The team were super professional and bent over backwards to ensure we met our deadlines and didn't let our clients down. The end results were fantastic — they interpreted the briefs brilliantly and delivered films that met the objectives and were of a very high quality.
