CIPP Event Video Production

The Client

The Chartered Institute of Payroll Professionals (CIPP) are the official chartered association for payroll, pensions and reward professionals in the UK.

The Institute is dedicated to raising the profile of payroll in businesses across the UK and internationally.

The Brief

Throughout the year, CIPP hosts a series of events. They approached us looking for event video production.

Our brief was to capture these events and create promotional films to showcase them for the following year.

The Approach

Knowing that event marketing would be essential in promoting a conference or networking event, CIPP wanted to use our video production services across a series of events, the first taking place in London.

National Payroll Week is a national awareness campaign promoted in the USA and Canada, and hosted in the UK by CIPP. During this week, we captured the goings-on at Portfolio Payroll and the House of Commons in London.

The CIPP Annual Conference and Exhibition was the next event in the calendar, taking place at the Hilton in Birmingham over two days. CIPP required a promotional video of the conference and hired us for our experience in event video production.

Finally, CIPP hosts an annual graduation ceremony for students completing a variety of university courses in payroll. This took place at the Symphony Hall in Birmingham, where CIPP once again called on our event video services. The client was extremely pleased with the final edit.

The Outcome

A two to three minute promotional film for each event.

We also produced a 60 second next-day edit following the Annual Conference, to help CIPP maximise their event marketing.
